Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. All orders ship from Maryland.
Shipping Options
Standard Ground Shipping: Cost-effective delivery within 2–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.
Orders containing only stickers ship via USPS First-Class Mail.
Free Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders totaling $100 or more. This applies to standard ground shipping and will be automatically applied at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking page once your order ships. This allows you to monitor your package in real time from dispatch to delivery.
Address Issues & Returns from Carrier
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order; addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
ANDY AND MANDY DESIGNS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once handed over to the carrier. For lost, damaged, or missing items, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
Damaged or Missing Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Contact us within 72 hours if your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing so we can evaluate the issue.
Any damage caused by the carrier or normal use is not covered by this policy.
Delivery Confirmation
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:
Check around your property and with neighbors.
Contact your carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to verify delivery or file a claim.
Keep your tracking information for reference.
Please note: ANDY AND MANDY DESIGNS cannot replace packages marked as delivered but not received.
International / Canada
NO delivery service is provided outside the United States, except Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
