Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. Please review your order carefully before submitting to ensure it is correct. If there is an issue caused by us, such as a  manufacturing defect, contact us within 72 hours of receipt at help@andyandmandydesigns.com to discuss the matter.

Damaged Product

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 72 hours if your items are defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Important: Any damage caused by the carrier or normal user use is not covered by this policy. For shipping issues, delays, or carrier damages, please contact the shipping company directly and file a claim through their website. Our responsibility ends once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs to have the package sent again.

Silicone Print Focals:

Silicone print focals feature an image or text printed directly onto the silicone. Please note that the image may appear slightly blurry and letters may be very small. This is normal and not considered a manufacturing defect.

Molded Silicone Focals:

Molded silicone focals are created using a mold. They may show minor bleed or seam lines, which are typical of mass-produced items and not considered defects.

Refunds

If a refund is approved due to a manufacturing defect, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
