  • Will the color of products I see shopping online be true?
    Due to differences in monitor settings, we can not guarantee the colors you see will be exact in person. Colors will vary and may appear lighter or darker due to settings and camera lighting. In addition, due to the manufacturing process, colors can vary slightly from batch to batch. Ordering from AMD, means you acknowledge this and agree. 😃
  • Are any of the crafting supplies safety tested for children?
    IF YOU ARE CREATING ANYTHING FOR CHILDREN, YOU MUST HAVE YOUR PRODUCT SAFETY TESTED. These crafting supplies are created and sold to be used as crafting supplies for ADULT PRODUCTS ONLY. Silicone beads and focals HAVE NOT been tested for use with any product designed for children. ANY ITEM DESIGNED FOR CHILDREN using create supplies must pass safety measures in the US and EU.
  • Can I return an item from my order?
    Due to the nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Orders can not be cancelled. Please make sure you have ordered correctly before submitting your order.
  • Can I change the shipping address after ordering?
    The shipping address can not be changed after an order is placed. Address changes ARE NOT ALLOWED. If you have entered the wrong address, email us promptly to cancel the order. Place a new order with the correct address. To prevent this, please confirm the address before ordering. 📦
  • My item was damaged in shipping. Who do I contact?
    Please contact the shipping company. Visit the USPS website to file a claim for missing, lost or damaged packages.
  • I have an issue with my order. What do I do?
    Examine your order upon arrival. Contact us within 5 business days if there is an issue. Take photos and keep the packaging for reference. We will determine the next step and help make it right. Manufacturing issues are the only acceptable reasons for returns.
  • My Print On Demand Items has a smell.
    When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. It’s important to note that COLORS may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. Some images may have a worn appearance.
  • When will my Print On Demand item ship?
    This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions! Item drop ships from a printing partner. Any issues with a POD item will be addressed by the printing company. They determine any refunds or replacements. Check item description for POD details if applicable.
  • I forgot to add my discount code, can you do it?
    All discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase. If you forget to use the code, save it for the next order. 💲
  • International Shipping Fees
    Shipping fees for International Customers may be adjusted if your cart does not calculate enough shipping to cover the actual shipping fees for the order. You will be invoiced for any additional shipping fees due to the expensive nature of shipping internationally. You agree to these terms and to pay any additional monies needed to ship your order. Failure to pay the invoice within 3 business days will result in a 10% restocking fee upon order cancellation. The order will be cancelled.
  • When will my custom order ship?
    Any item marked CUSTOM in the description will ship within 7-10 business days. If you have a shipping request, please email us before placing the order.
